How we work

We follow one recurring job from the moment it starts to the person who finishes it. Then we build only the automation that account access actually allows.

Map the job

Write down the trigger, the tools, who owns each step, what data gets copied, where a person approves, and what happens when information is missing. This is a written map of that job. It is not a live model of the company.

Choose one job

Pick work with an owner, a repeatable trigger, and a result the business can count. Leave legal decisions, clinical decisions, and other judgment with the people qualified to make them.

Write the plan before building

  • The current path, and where it waits.
  • The access the vendor documents, and the access this account actually has.
  • The steps a person must approve.
  • What the pilot must pass, and how a failure is recovered.
  • What you will measure from your own records.

Keep it working

When the vendor changes its API or the business changes the process, the map and the automation need a review. We maintain both. Scope and timing depend on the job and the access.

The first meeting is a workflow audit of that one job. Bring the software name and one example of the job going wrong.
